Purchase and delivery terms and conditions
Our prices are stated in SEK, excluding VAT. VAT and shipping costs will be added.
Shipping costs will be added to all prices.
General delivery conditions as per NL 01 apply.
DHL usually makes deliveries
We only sell to companies. An invoice is sent on delivery.
Terms of payment
30 days net. HFLEX reserves the right to run a credit check on the customer, and to communicate other terms of payment if deemed necessary.
Interest on arrears
In the event of late payment, interest on arrears is charged at the reference interest rate of +8%.
Delivery usually takes 3-4 business days for stock items. For other products approximately 3-4 weeks are required. A delivery time for orders is stated in the order acknowledgement.
Right to return
You can return unused items that do not meet your expectations within 10 days. You must first notify us if you want to return an item. Tel.: +46 (0)370-669171.
The right to return does not apply to special order products that are not part of our normal product range.
Complaints and transport damage
Check all products on arrival for any damage. Visible transport damage must be noted on the consignment note immediately upon receipt. Concealed transport damage must be reported within 5 business days by calling: Tel. +46 (0)370-669171. Other complaints can be submitted directly to us.
All products are guaranteed for 1 year for malfunctions and manufacturing defects. During the guarantee period, we provide replacement parts or we replace the item free of charge. The guarantee is valid on presentation of the invoice. In order for the guarantee to be valid, we must first see the item and acknowledge that there is a malfunction or manufacturing defect. HFLEX is not liable for example, for any harmful effects of items, loss of profit, downtimes, additional work, or other financial losses or personal injury.
